Drink More Water!

Studies have proven that as we go up in age, so does our weight.  This is for several different reasons, arthritis that discourages exercising and diabetes being among the leaders.  There is a very simple, and often over looked way to keep your weight down.  No diet pills, no boot camp type exercises.  It’s something that our bodies need, but never get enough of: water.  Drinking water before and with your meals will help in cutting back portion sizes.  As Americans, it is no secret that our portion sizes are well above what we are truly supposed to be.  Water will help quell your appetite and reduce caloric intake to a more reasonable number.  Health.com shares the study below.
